My income is guaranteed against failure, providing I comply with the guarantee's validation requirement. A guarantee/warranty is made by us in order to insure the income of each area you add to your sales territory. Each area is covered for $0.00 every 25 weeks for a maximum period of two (2) years on the proviso you validate the guarantee/s in the event we fail to sell/rent the properties listed.

* After the 24 hour FREE Trial:
If I do not activate my affiliate account during the trial period by upgrading/ordering an area for my sales territory, my trial account will close without any obligation and I will not be able to sign up again for 30 days.

* Affiliate's Income Disclaimer:

PropertyWikia have advised me to consult a Certified Accountant or tax consultant once I've started receiving Commission from them which is paid out gross (no taxes deducted) because, I am classed as 'self employed. I understand that it is my responsibility to make arrangements to pay income taxes as set out by my own country's laws and that PropertyWikia will share earnings data with the UK tax authorities only. Further, that PropertyWikia cannot and will not advise me on any financial or taxation matter as they are not a registered financial advisor and that once my first Commission payment arrives and is banked I MUST seek advice upon the matter. I furthermore agree that PropertyWikia cannot be held liable for my personal tax affairs and on submission of this registration as an affiliate I agree to and understand this term fully.
